Getting to the finish line, with the Craftsy Plaid mitt!

Yep, taking care of the ends was about a 10 minute job.  I got it done at the office, while waiting for all of the computers to boot up.  There is a little pile of ends to show for it.  Although I haven’t knit the thumb yet, and it still needs to be blocked, I think the knitting looks pretty good.  It is surprising how just tidying the ends straightens out the sts so well, I never get tired of seeing that.

Today I used the John James Chenille needles that I always have with me in my purse.  Never know when you will need them!

I brought my DPN’s to work, so if I catch a break, I’ll knit the thumb and block this baby tonight while I start the second mitt.  Feeling successful!

RS, still unblocked and missing a thumb, but looking good!

Ends woven in, and there is my teeny pile of ends. Quick work!
